BOOK GROUPS

Local reading groups allow Janeites in Southern California the opportunity to read and discuss works by Jane Austen, her contemporaries, and even our own contemporaries who write about the period or in some way remind us of Jane.

We have several active reading groups in our Region.
Each reading group sets its own reading plan and meeting dates. Some groups are more formally structured than others. If you are thinking about joining a reading group, contact one of the coordinators listed below. If you don't find a group near you, think about organizing a new group.
